What you’re selling
Superhuman Chambers sells premium hyperbaric systems to clinics, wellness groups, hotels, performance spaces, and private buyers. It is the first proving ground for systems we can reuse across several growing B2B businesses.
What you’ll own
Email is the core channel. LinkedIn and Instagram help you reach the rest of the buying committee.
Primary
Account research, sequencing, deliverability, reply management, and disciplined follow-up.
Supporting
Cover the buying committee with authentic profiles and thoughtful messages that reinforce email.
Selective
Reach founder-led wellness brands only when Instagram is a genuine operating channel.
What you’re inheriting
You are not starting from a blank page. You will inherit the outbound-agent codebase, existing ICP and campaign work, Gmail workflows, Firecrawl-assisted research and enrichment, attribution conventions, and direct access to the operators who use the system. Audit it first; improve it after evidence.
01 Week 1
Audit
Baseline the system, senders, targeting, copy, suppression, and CRM handoff.
02 Week 2
Build
Create the first multi-location campaign and earn launch approval.
03 Weeks 3–4
Operate
Launch safely, manage replies, book meetings, and document the playbook.
The mandate
Turn research, code, outbound, reply handling, and measurement into one accountable operating system.
A qualified meeting
A relevant decision-maker or material influencer at a multi-location business who shows up to evaluate a Superhuman Chambers rollout or partnership.
- Build account research, enrichment, personalization, QA, and reporting workflows with Claude Code or Codex CLI.
- Run account-level campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and selective Instagram outreach.
- Protect sender reputation, suppression rules, platform access, and the Superhuman brand voice.
- Own positive replies through qualification and booking, then hand complete context to sales.
- Keep every reply, meeting, source, and system change attributable in the operating tracker.
How the trial is judged
Pass the paid 30-day trial by proving quality, safety, and measurable progress—not by maximizing activity.
-
At least three sales-accepted meetings show during the trial.
-
Positive replies receive a response within one business day.
-
Every sourced meeting, handoff, and material workflow change is attributable in the operating tracker.
-
No material compliance, account-security, or deliverability incident.
-
A repeatable CLI-based campaign workflow and 60-day scale plan are documented.
Out of scope
- Cold calling or managing the phone-SDR team.
- Closing chamber sales after the qualified handoff.
- Organic social calendars, community management, or general brand content.
- Paid customer-acquisition campaigns or broad marketing management.
Fit check
Strong fit
- You can show a public repository, Loom, case study, or dashboard for a real Claude Code or Codex CLI workflow.
- You can document campaign dates, volumes, replies, meetings, and attributable outcomes.
- You understand cold-email infrastructure, deliverability, and account risk.
- You can move from a terminal and repository to daily GTM execution without handing the work off.
- You write excellent English and can overlap the US sales day for four hours.
- You want direct ownership inside a lean operating team.
Not a fit
- Your background is mainly newsletters, lifecycle email, or organic social.
- Your AI experience is mainly no-code tools, chat prompting, or content generation without terminal-first proof.
- You rely on fake profiles, prohibited automation, or volume at any cost.
- You cannot explain or verify your personal contribution to B2B results.
- You want to hand positive replies off before qualification and booking.
