Before it ships

Your L1 runs 100 hours
before you lie in it.

Every L1 runs 100 hours across its components before it leaves the floor. Every one, not a sample. If anything drifts in that time, it does not ship.

100 hours of testing before it ships

  1. 0 H

Pressure test to 150% of rated.

Every shell, above its 2.0 ATA working limit.

  2. 1 to 100 H

    Every component runs under load.

Together, on the floor, the way it will run in your room.

  3. 100 H

Record filed under your serial number.

Our own testing, so we hold the record. Yours is available on request.

Tested to
ASME PVHO-1

Pressure vessels with a person inside. Test record on request.

Certified
ASME Section VIII

Steel, thickness and welds. The factory holds the certificate.

Certified factory
ISO 13485 and 9001

Medical device and general quality management, at the factory that builds every L1.

Declared
CE

EU conformity. Declaration on request.

ASME certification mark Flag of the United States Safety & Standards

Ask us for the paperwork.

Every hard-shell is built in a factory certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and pressure-tested to 150% of its rated pressure before it ships. The record for your serial number is yours on request.

Before the call

The questions we hear first.

Will it feel tight in there?

You pick the cabin width, up to 3 ft, and you can see out through the viewport for the whole session. The intercom keeps you talking to the room, and sessions run from 30 minutes, so the first one can be a short one.You pick the cabin width, up to 90 cm, and you can see out through the viewport for the whole session. The intercom keeps you talking to the room, and sessions run from 30 minutes, so the first one can be a short one.

How much space does it need?

Under 8 ft 3 in of floor length, in one of three cabin widths: 2 ft 6 in, 2 ft 10 in or 3 ft. The room size is only half the question: doorways, hallway turns, stairs, elevators, floor loading, and service access all get checked during planning. The side unit sits beside the chamber.Under 2.5 m of floor length, in one of three cabin widths: 75 cm, 85 cm or 90 cm. Clinic, studio, gym, or home?

All of them. Operators run the L1 as a one-client session, with a trained staff member on the outside touchscreen. At home it fits a spare room, a recovery room or the room next to the bedroom. Either way we review the room, delivery path, electrical setup, and intended use before anything ships.

What power and room setup do I need?

A standard household or commercial outlet, 110 V to 240 V. Before delivery we confirm your circuit, ventilation, climate, delivery route, and final placement, so the room is ready before our team arrives.

Does it need oxygen tanks or refills?

No. The onboard oxygen concentrator supplies the mask circuit through the built-in breathing system, so there are no tanks to swap and no refills to schedule.

Is the chamber filled with oxygen?

No. The cabin is pressurized with air, never oxygen. Oxygen reaches you only through the mask circuit, which removes the fire risk of pure-oxygen chamber designs.

Who runs the sessions?

Anyone you choose. A trained operator should be available during every session, and we train yours on-site during install: daily operation, session flow and safety procedures. Inside, the client puts on the mask and presses start. The chamber handles pressurizing, the session, and surfacing.

What pressure does it reach, and how long is a session?

Up to 2.0 ATA, professional-grade. Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes, with about 10 minutes to reach depth and 10 minutes to surface.

How soon can it be running?

Typically 3 to 5 weeks from order, depending on your location. Install and training happen on-site once it arrives. Tell us when you'd like it running and we work back from it. If the timing is tight, we say so on the call.

Pick the color and the walls. Then talk it through with an expert. We'll go over your build and check the space, the power and the doorway for you, so there's nothing to measure or photograph beforehand. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you that too.
